nature practice is a journey to experience the flow of life in a more heightened way, to receive it fully & let it come all the way in.

it’s a way to clear the congestion that has numbed our senses, to receive the nourishment of the elements and to engage in a regular rhythm of more reciprocal healing with the earth.

it’s a joyful path filled with opportunities of co-creating with nature in unexpected, fun and soulful ways.

we travel in the shape of a seashell or the folds of a rose – discovering new insights and opportunities for growth as we go.

it’s a process of becoming reacquainted with our wildflower selves – with our most beautiful, most authentic, most natural essence – so that we may offer this to the world through our thoughts, through our steps, through our song.

it’s a chance to make new friends from around the world, forming a constellation of intention and of practice around our precious globe.

you may come in with a mental idea of what it means to be in deep relationship with nature, but you come out with a profound embodied sense of what that means for you and a personalized path to continue to develop it, according to your life, your calling, your culture, your heritage, your spiritual tradition.
