Do you ever feel like you're meant to live in a more nature-centered way?

  • Grounded like the earth?
  • In flow like water?
  • Clear like air?
  • Full of possibility like space?
  • And as passionate as fire?

Is your lifestyle getting in the way?

  • Are you too busy to get outdoors as much as you'd like?
  • Or when you are outdoors,  are you taking your problems with you and can’t seem to calm your overwhelm and be fully present?

Are you increasingly concerned about the state of the Earth?

  • Do you want to be more skilled in being a part of healing her?

Does this sound like you?

If so, it may be time to focus on deepening your relationship with nature, because when you do, it's good for you and it's good for the Earth.

I'd love to help.

Introducing. . .

A 6-week nature-centered program designed to help you restore your calm, clarity and fearless courage with a diverse, international community.  I help you develop your own personal practice of 25-minutes per day, so you can show up for yourself, for others and for our Earth in a way that is more aligned with the truth of who you are and all you are here for.

What's Included?

1 – Lifetime Access to 6-Modules of Audio Guidance to Listen to Outdoors

Through these  recordings, I will guide you in developing your own 25-min daily nature practice.   I will teach you how to deepen your relationship with nature on a number of levels - physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.  I like to weave a creative combination of teachings, meditation, storytelling, poetry, sketching, music, journaling etc. that have rooted me in my nature practice to inspire your journey.

The idea is that you listen to them on your own time, just outside your door – on your terrace or porch or stoop or at the neighborhood park. When you’re not able to go outside or the weather is inclement, you can also practice by the window.

2 – A Journal to Help You Soak-In Your Experience.

The Nature Practice Journal is printable and custom-designed. With beautiful illustrations, it's fun to fill out and to color in. It has been a favorite amongst the community.

There's a section in the journal that corresponds with each module of the program, for you to make note of insights and to track your transformation.

3 – 6 Weeks of Live Support through Online Sharing Circles.

During our time together, I will host six Sharing Circles to offer you meaningful opportunities to review progress and to meet other participants.

They also offer opportunities for me to answer your questions, offer clarification and expand on any points you are curious about.  If you ever get stuck with your practice,  I will be here to support you throughout the three months.

The gatherings have enough structure to keep you accountable and enough flow to let things happen naturally.

These 90-min video calls are recorded, for when you can't attend.

4 – A Private Online Community to Make Friends & Stay Engaged.

This is where participants of the community stay in touch with pictures and stories of what's uplifting them and also of what’s challenging . This space will help keep you inspired and build friendships with an international group of like-minded and committed nature lovers which has come to feel like family.

5 – Lifetime Access to Aligning to the Rhythm of the Moon Video Course.

Nature sets rhythm and cycles for us to move in, yet our modern lifestyle tends to ignore much of them, setting us up for exhaustion and overwhelm.  One of my favorite rhythms to work with is the moon's and in this extra video course I will introduce you to how to align to her cycles so that you can manage your creative flow in a more conscious way.

What life looks like when you develop your own nature-centered wellbeing practice .

Here are some examples of what's 100% possible.

Before I started a regular nature practice, I was doing my best to take care of myself in other ways – through yoga, meditation, journaling, nutrition, volunteering.  All those things were helpful, and still are.

But, when I decided to reprioritize my relationship with nature, everything changed.

  • PHYSICALLY, I went from feeling exhausted and weak to more energized, refreshed and revitalized.

  • MENTALLY, I went from being tangled with overexertion to being more clear, confident and courageous.

  • EMOTIONALLY, I went from being sad and concerned  to being more calm, flexible and resilient.

  • SPIRITUALLY, I went from feeling congested and confused to feeling more engaged, receptive and inspired.

I get goosebumps sharing these with you.

The best part is that when you lose your way, you will know how to get back on track more quickly.

I can't wait to teach you how to make this your own!

Are you ready for this sort of transformation?

Bola

Connecting with nature and your inner calm in such a short span was amazing.  Natasha has a calming soul and I highly recommend this experience.

How nature practice changed my life.

This is one of my favorite pictures.

It was shortly after I recovered from the breakdown that I self-diagnosed as "biological homelessness," a condition which has been normalized by a society that constantly pulls us indoors, online, and away from the truth of who we are.

Once I decided that I would no longer sacrifice my relationship with nature, it affected everything – my ability to show up fully, as a woman, a mama and a daughter of this beautiful Earth.

Now my mission, as a nature practice host, and as a filmmaker, is to help you do the same.

I've had the pleasure of teaching nature practice for groups at the San Francisco Botanical Garden, One World Ayurveda in Bali, the United Nations, Stanford University and the Dalai Lama Fellows.

Originally from Caracas, Venezuela, my perspective is infused with 20 years of study with the Dalai Lama, nature retreats with Thich Nhat Hanh, and learning from Indigenous wisdom keepers and some of the great naturalists of our time.

I want you to know that it is possible for you to live in a more nature-centered way.

Even if you live in the city.

Even if you just had a baby.

Even if you work full time.

Even if you don't like camping.

What You'll Learn

Most of my guidance will be in the form of audio recordings, meant to be listened to outside – on your porch, terrace, garden, at your neighborhood park, at the beach, or even by the window.  The idea is that you keep one earpiece in listening to me and the other out so you can enjoy nature's soundscape as well.

MODULE 1 - Opening to Nature Practice.

Your relationship with nature starts with being with nature, which is why we start the program here.  In this module, we explore ways to make more space for nature in your current life within your existing schedule.  As and orientation, I will also walk you through the qualities and elements of nature practice.

MODULE 2 - Grounding in Your Lineage.

In order to get a better sense of where you want to go on your nature practice journey, I help you feel into your roots and consider how they flow through your branches.  Who has been a part of supporting your nature practice and what role will they play or what influence will they have on the impact you make on others?

MODULE 3 - Embodying Clarity.

One of nature's greatest gifts that nature offers you is support in calming down your inner turbulence.  But to achieve this level of calm and clarity, requires awakening our senses from so many hours indoors and so many hours entangled in so many thoughts.  Once we do, we can achieve greater visibility and perspective.  We can also access our subtler senses with more ease.

MODULE 4 - Dissolving Solitude.

One way to dissolve our sense of separation from nature is to recognize ourselves in her, to see her as a mirror and also as a teacher.  This strengthens the humility necessary to enter into healthy relationship with the Earth, gives us a  better understanding of who we are and puts us in touch with the freedom of understanding the nature of interbeing.

MODULE 5 - Responding Consciously.

We all intend to respond to difficult situations with grace and kindness, but sometimes we find ourselves reacting in habitual ways before we can even stop ourselves, leading to suffering for ourselves and others.  In this module, I will show you how nature can help you respond more consciously and in alignment with how you want to show up in the world.

MODULE 6 - Soaking in Nature's Love.

The best way I have to explain what we do in this module is to share Robin Wall Kimmerer's words.  In Braiding Sweetgrass, she says, "Knowing that you love the Earth changes you, activates you to defend and protect and celebrate.  But when you feel that the earth loves you in return, that feeling transforms the relationship from a one-way street into a sacred bond."

You're the perfect fit if

✓  YOU LOVE

nature and are intuitively-curious.

✓  YOU SPEND MUCH OF YOUR DAY
indoors or outdoors.
(either way your will deepen your relationship with nature.)

✓  YOU FEEL
out of sorts and are looking for more calm, clarity and confidence –

or

you feel vibrant and rooted and would like to expand your practice.

The Investment:  Choose Your Own Pricing

Right now, I'm experimenting with this model.

I don't know how long I'll be able to make this option available, but if this program is resonating with your right now, I'm very happy to offer you this option.

Why?  For many reasons.  Here are a few:

  1. It's a way of expressing my desire to live in a gift economy, which I feel is best aligned with our personal and collective flourishing and with the thriving of the Earth.
  2. I love shopping at honor-system farm stands.  This is my version of that.
  3. It's a way of making the program more accessiblee for people who have been historically disadvantages by dysfunctional systems.  A diverse community makes the program better for everyone.
  4. It's how my teachers have done it, and I want to continue in that lineage.
  5. It feels like a beautiful way to work and to co-create with you.

You might choose a lower price that corresponds with your current financial situation, or with the country you live in, or with the value this program holds for you.

Or you might choose a higher price out of enthusiasm for this work and a desire to pour more of your energy into it.

Regardless, I'm thrilled to get to know you and very curious to see how this all plays out!
