About Your Guide

Natasha Deganello Giraudie is a daughter of the Venezuelan Caribbean, adopted by the Pacific redwoods.  Her journey to restoring her natural self has been informed by:

  • Himalayan traditions—from 20 years of study of our inner nature with the Dalai Lama.

  • Indigenous Wisdom: from learning about the nature we are a part of from elders, since she was a child in Venezuela.

  • Creative Expression:  from her work as a documentary filmmaker, where she explores the nature of reciprocity.

The Nature Practice method emerged when she began weaving these threads together as a new mother. Although she was exhausted and heartbroken by the state of the world, she refused to make the overwhelm of the artificial world the soundtrack of her baby's life.

Since then, she's taught this methodology at Stanford University, shared it with the UN, and guided thousands of Earth-lovers in restoring their natural peace — in service of the Great Healing.
