Hi - I'm Natasha.
My journey to restoring my own natural self has been informed by
Himalayan traditions—from 20 years of study of our inner nature with the Dalai Lama. Indigenous Wisdom: from learning about the nature we are a part of from elders, since I was a child.
Creative Expression: from my work as a documentary filmmaker, where I explore the nature of reciprocity.
